One export from your existing booking or practice-management system, covering the period you want analysed. Treatment type, date, practitioner, revenue, and referral source, where available. That's it, no login, no integration, no ongoing connection to your software.
What software do you work with?+
Pabau, Clinicminds, AestheticsPro, Zenoti, Consentz, Vagaro, Bookeo, and Treatwell are all workable. If you use something else, that's fine too, the report is built from whatever CSV or spreadsheet your system can export, not a live integration.
How exactly is my data handled?+
I never receive patient names, emails, or phone numbers. Before you send anything, your export is reduced to an anonymized ID, treatment type, date, and value, nothing that identifies a real person. You keep the mapping between that ID and your actual patient records on your own side, always. My copy of the file is deleted within 30 days of the final report being delivered. This process is designed around GDPR/AVG from the ground up, not added afterward as an afterthought.
What if my export is messy or incomplete?+
That's normal, most exports are. The report will flag any data-quality gaps clearly rather than guessing, and I'll let you know if anything needs a cleaner re-export before the analysis can be fully accurate.
How much does it cost?+
The first Netherlands clinics get a free pilot audit. After that, a one-time Clinic Health Audit starts from a flat fee, and the Clinic Pulse quarterly retainer is billed quarterly or monthly. Exact pricing is discussed on the free 20-minute call, since it depends on clinic size.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?+
Yes. I work remotely, and calls and check-ins happen over video or phone.
